The framework
The 8-Dimension Hiring Manager Score
Built by a Canadian professional who has conducted interviews, including with international applicants. The 8 dimensions are what makes a hiring manager say yes or no.
Who it's for
Built for LatAm remote job seekers
Applying to US and Canadian companies? Auda scores how you actually sound to a hiring manager there, not just whether your grammar is correct.
Customer Support
Interviews expect clarity, ownership, and calm under pressure. Auda shows exactly where you're losing those signals.
Virtual Assistant
You need to sound proactive and professional from the first call. We score your confidence and structure against what real clients expect.
Software Engineer / PM
Technical interviews have soft-skill traps. Behavioral rounds and system-design framing both show up in your 8-dimension score.
Sales & Account Manager
Conviction and specificity win sales interviews. Auda flags vague language before the hiring manager does.
What we actually score
The 8 dimensions, line by line.
Every answer is scored on all eight. The weakest one becomes the focus of your free sessions.
Grammar
Tense, agreement, prepositions. The clean-rule stuff a recruiter notices in the first ten seconds.
Formality level
Right register for a US/Canada hiring conversation. Not too stiff, not too casual.
Answer relevance
Did your answer actually address the question that was asked.
STAR structure
Situation, Task, Action, Result. The shape of a hire-worthy story.
Confidence language
No hedging, no shrinking, no "maybe." Own the work you did.
Answer length
Long enough to show depth, short enough to respect the recruiter's time.
Professional vocabulary
The words a hiring manager expects from someone applying for this role.
North American cultural fit
How North American interviewers read tone, ownership, and directness.
Real feedback
What costs you the offer, in plain English
Before: Weak answer
Too vague“Um, in my last job I was basically doing customer service, you know, helping clients with their issues and stuff. I always tried to do my best and I think I was pretty good at it.”
After: Stronger answer
Specific + confident“In my last role I handled 60 client escalations per week. I redesigned the intake process, which cut resolution time from 4 days to under 2. By month three, my satisfaction score was 94%.”
Auda quotes exact phrases from your spoken answer and tells you what to fix.

Refund policy
Full refund inside 14 days. No questions.
Try it for 14 days. If it's not for you, send us an email and we refund every dollar. No forms, no support tickets. We'd rather lose the sale than keep a customer who didn't get value.
If you're skeptical about the price: $27 is two to three days of typical local wages in Mexico, Colombia, or Argentina. The remote role you're preparing for pays that in half a day, every single workday for the rest of the year.
No bait-and-switch
Here's the whole funnel.
Telling you the pitch earns more trust than hiding it. Here's exactly how this works.
Take the free audit
5 minutes. Speak one real interview question. Get scored across 8 dimensions. No email required to start. We ask at the end so we can send your report.
See your personalized plan
The report shows your strengths, your weak spots, your level estimate, and a concrete 6-session improvement plan. Yours to keep either way.
Try 2 free sessions
We automatically assign 2 practice sessions targeting your weakest dimension from the audit. No credit card yet.
Decide if it's worth it
If you want to keep going, upgrade to Sprint ($27/30d) or Full Search ($47/90d). If not, keep the report and go. No pressure.
How it works
Built for speakers, not test-takers.
Most English coaching is for reading and writing. Interviews are spoken. We grade the actual delivery, the way a recruiter hears you.
Speak naturally
No scripts. No reading. Hit record and answer the question the way you would on a real call.
Real-time transcription
Whisper transcribes as you speak. You see what you actually said, not what you meant to say.
8-dimension scoring
Grammar, formality, relevance, STAR structure, confidence language, length, vocabulary, cultural fit. Each one scored separately on a 100-point scale.
The shift
Your English didn't change. Your answer did.
Before
“Your English is great, but we went with another candidate. Best of luck.”
After
“We'd like to move you to the final round. When can you start?”
What you'll get
Measurable results, not vague improvement.
Auda is built around a score you can track. Every session moves a number.
Know exactly which dimension is costing you offers. Not a guess, a calibrated score across all 8.
Practice the real question format for your specific role, scored the way a hiring manager would score you.
Watch your weak-spot score move. See a 61 become a 74. On a graph, not just a feeling.
Walk into every interview knowing you've drilled every format they'll throw at you. That's the exit.
What it would cost elsewhere
Same outcome, ~70% less.
Plenty of tools let you practice English. None put speaking practice, scored feedback, and a hiring-manager perspective in the same place. Getting equivalent practice elsewhere over 90 days costs several times more.

Honest questions
Questions we hear a lot.
Is the free audit actually useful?⌄
Yes. You leave with a calibrated score across 8 dimensions, a weak-spot breakdown, and a 6-session plan. It's useful whether or not you upgrade. The audit is our lead product and we have every incentive to make it good.
How is this different from ChatGPT or Duolingo?⌄
ChatGPT will tell you your answer is great. Duolingo teaches you general English. Neither scores you on what a North American hiring manager notices. Auda grades 8 specific dimensions, quotes exact phrases from your spoken answer, and tells you what to fix.
Will it work if I have a strong accent?⌄
Yes. The transcription model is trained on non-native speakers and handles accents well. Accent is not one of the 8 dimensions you're scored on. Hiring managers care about whether they understand you, not whether you sound North American.
Why a 30 or 90-day window instead of a subscription?⌄
The goal is for you to get hired and leave. Subscriptions create an incentive to keep you practicing forever. We'd rather you graduate in 90 days and tell a friend.
What if I'm not improving?⌄
14-day full refund. If you run sessions in your first two weeks and don't see your scores moving, email us and we refund every dollar. No forms, no support tickets.
What if I don't have a microphone?⌄
Any modern smartphone or laptop has a built-in mic that works fine for Auda. If you don't have access to either, that's your first investment as someone who hopes to work remotely. Remote interviews happen on video calls, and the device you're calling from has to work.
